We are an advocacy organization whose sole focus is preserving and rehabilitating the world’s oceans, without which no one can live.

Our Vision

CanOPA seeks to protect endangered ecosystems and marine animals, and rebuild oceans to their previously known healthy and abundant status.

Advocate

Advocate to policy makers and consumers globally to affect change in the way we are treating the oceans’ precious ecosystems and their inhabitants.

Educate

Educate the public about the problems facing our oceans, and what they can do to help. We also have programs to teach kids about the wonders of the ocean. As Jacques Cousteau said, “People protect what they love.”

Act – we host beach clean ups, and participate in research and conservation projects with the scientific and diving communities globally.
